Spaying

There are many benefits when it comes to spaying your pet. This procedure prevents female animals from becoming pregnant, and it can help your pet live longer. Spaying does NOT change your pet’s personality. You may be wondering how spaying your pet can help them live longer? Removing the uterus and ovaries means that she is protected from getting several types of cancer, and deadly diseases such as bacterial infections and reproductive tract diseases. Spaying your pet is also important as it will help control the dog and cat overpopulation problem, keeping more animals out of shelters. Spaying is a surgical procedure and does need to be performed with the pet under anesthesia. We follow strict protocols and continually monitor your pet’s vital signs to help ensure her safety.

Neutering

Neutering, also sometimes called castration, is a surgical procedure that removes the reproductive organs of a male animal. It's most commonly done on dogs and cats, but can be performed on other animals as well.

Endoscopy

Sometimes, your pet has a condition that is difficult to diagnose without surgery. So, to examine an internal organ or obtain a tissue sample, we perform endoscopy surgery as it is less invasive. Our highly skilled team performs the procedure. They insert an endoscope — a tubular instrument with a tiny camera and light at one end, into the mouth. The equipment is also helpful in examining other organs, such as the lungs' airways, the bladder and the colon. With the help of the camera, we insert the tools and perform the procedure.

Keyhole/Laparoscopy

Soft tissue surgeries are any surgeries that do not include the bone. One of the most common soft tissue surgeries is the removal of masses, or lumps. Once these are removed they can then be biopsied and can be found to be either benign or not. It is important for early removal and accurate diagnosing of the lump to improve the outcome if it turns out the lump is cancerous

Mass Removal (Lumpectomy)

Mass removal in animals, also referred to as lump removal, is a surgical procedure performed by veterinarians to take out a lump or mass from an animal's body. These masses can be benign (non-cancerous) or malignant (cancerous).

Ocular

"Ocular" simply refers to anything related to the eye. So, animals absolutely have ocular structures and functions! Just like us, they have eyes with various components that work together for vision.
